·      Enviroteenz group / Ark explore day - Mar 07. For younger students 14-24 from schools. To be shown mist netting, robins, hihi, predator control techniques etc to foster interest in the environment.

·      Talk at the Auckland Art Gallery - Oct 07. Speakers: John Staniland, John Sumich. Used the art and photography of Alfred Sharpe and others to explore the ideas and notions of the ‘conservation ethic’ in New Zealand past and present.

·      Presentation to DoC’s “Conserv-Vision” conference in Hamilton - July 2007.

·      WCC event at Ellerslie Flower Show (hihi) – Nov 2007 (see brochure in media clippings section).

·      Auckland Zoo staff meetings - May 2006 and Oct 07.

·      NZ Wildlife Society conference talk – held at the NZCCM in late 07.
